He was very attentive to our needs and had great suggestions, in the end he was able to get to us quickly and had the job done right and even called someone else to help him when it looked like he wouldn't be done on time. Older home had some surprises for him but he rolled with it and fixed everything professionally. William get an A++ as does his team.
